Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand is committed to providing you with an exceptional consumer shopping experience in keeping with Bridgestone’s goal to be the clear leader in the industry. We strongly recommend that you read our refund policy and check your current wheel fitment details before committing to an order online.

In the event that you have ordered and paid for a product that is inappropriate for your vehicle, Bridgestone will endeavour to assist you to find a correct product for your vehicle. In the process, we may choose to credit the amount originally paid online towards an alternative product. Should we be unable to obtain a correct product fitment for your vehicle, then we will refund you for the original amount paid online.

Our website prices and offers are subject to change without notice. Bridgestone will refund the difference in price to you if an incorrect price is charged online. Please be aware that prices may vary between our website online displayed price and our Bridgestone Select, Bridgestone Service Centres and Bridgestone Tyre Centres in order to meet local competition.

All refunds for online orders must be requested at the store listed on the order confirmation or our Bridgestone Customer Contact Centre. You must present the order confirmation along with personal identification at the time the request for refund form is completed. Please note Credit Card or ZipPay funds will be refunded back to the customer’s original account; this process may take up to seven business days to occur.

Should you have a change of mind on your original purchase prior to the fitment of your tyres, you may cancel or amend your order by getting in contact with the store named on your order confirmation.

For safety reasons we cannot accept a return on products after they have been fitted on your vehicle. If there is a manufacturing issue with your tyres, please return to the store of fitment for resolution.

Bridgestone may delay or cancel supply of an order where we have insufficient goods to fulfil the order. In this event, we will endeavour to supply you with a product equal to or greater in value compared to what you have selected.

If you are unable to attend the appointment time on the selected fitment date, you may request to reschedule to a new installation date up to 24 hours prior to the original installation date, or as agreed with the specified Bridgestone store.

Bridgestone goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law. A consumer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and is entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
